Heartbroken! Brought my healthy 8 year old cat for a new visit as we moved to framingham at ashland animal hospital. Had a great check up shots etc... Changed his diet and get pre/pro biotics and prescription food All Blood work ok! Paid left. I called a few days later as he was not feeling good! I was told prescription food change of diet is common. After calling numerous times they finally gave me a return visit. My husband and I brought him there to be told we need to do another blood panel. Ok well NOT OK! He needed immediate attention which they could not accommodate and told us to go to a certain place."will not name"... $$$$$$$$$ to keep this short.... We had no choice and decided to bring our precious guy to a wonderful animal hospital to see the RAINBOW! I have heard many sad stories... I never thought it would take us to fight so hard to save our pet and feel I should of of done more! very disappointed.

Today was a very sad and hard day for me & my family. We unfortunately had to euthanize our two beloved cats with cerebellar hypoplasia. Although this will never be an easy procedure for anybody to go through or see, but Dr. Held definitely made it more comfortable. We are very grateful for the compassionate staff and the support we got during this time. My precious babies will finally be at peace, & they’ll be in peace with each other.

Every experience I've had here has been nothing short of excellent. The doctors, and technicians listen to your concerns completely without rushing you, they are always so kind and compassionate to my pets. Even at the end of my dog's life, the care I received from the entire clinic (from the front desk staff to the technicians, and the veterinary team) was superb. I cannot recommend this practice enough, of the multiple states I have lived in, and my pets have lived in, this practice has been the best experience to date.

Dr. Laura is the nicest, most compassionate vet we have ever seen. I was in today with my senior cat Harry and my dog Teddy, both dread the vet, for their annual visit. Dr. Laura spent so much time really listening to everything I was saying and addressing all my concerns for both animals. She was also patient dealing with both pets that didn't want to be approached or handled. Both are loves but scardy cats at the vet. I have been contemplating changing vets only bc we live in Westborough and there are closer options but not after today's visit. The front of the house got us into a room promptly and were very friendly. Extra accommodating by letting us check out in the exam room which I so appreciated avoiding a potentially busy waiting area. That type of service really goes a long way and I can't thank them enough for that.

The veterinarians and veterinary technicians at Ashland Animal Hospital are highly professional and compassionate individuals who have always taken wonderful care of my dogs and taken sufficient time to explain tests and procedures needed to make a diagnosis of a problem. They are also wonderful people with excellent Communication skills. I couldn’t ask for a better practice.

We have 3 cats and a kitten, we take 2 of our cats and our kitten here. One of our cat get extremely angry and starts hitting everyone so we don't take him there. But other than that, all the cats and kitten stay very comm there and never had any issue.

We love Dr. Laura and the amazing staff at Ashland Animal Hospital! When we moved to the area our beloved dog was terminal with bladder cancer. They handled her end of life care flawlessly and showed us so much compassion when the time came …
